Vinification
Soft pressing and racking, followed the fermentation at controlled temperature (17°C) for about 10 days. The wine rests in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature to be then racked and bottled; it follows a short refinement in the bottle
Tasting notes
The color is straw yellow with golden reflections. The nose is pleasantly fruity (golden apple) with pleasant citrus notes and hint of spice. Fresh and approachab le on the palate with a clean, citrusy finish
Food pairing
Fish dishes (appetizers, first and second courses based on fish). Risotto with herbs and white meats. It is also served as an aperitif

Winemaker’s notes
It is a vine originated from a genetic mutation of Pinot Nair. For many years it has been one of the most popular varietals in Italy and thrives in the warm coastal vineyards of Abruzzo
