Vinification
Soft pressing is followed by maceration for about 10 days. After racking, the wine rests in stainless steel tanks at a control led temperature (25°C) and then completes the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. The wine is racked and then bottled; followed by bottle refining
Tasting notes
The color is ruby red tending to violet. Intense red and black fruit aromas (raspberries, blackberries, blackcurrants, cherries), with a sweet herbal undertone. Smooth on the palate with soft,velvety tannins and a dry, persistent finish
Food pairing
First courses based on meat sauces and second courses of meat. Medium-aged cheeses
