Vinification
At the crushing and soft pressing, follows the fermentat ion at controlled temperature (17°C) for about 12 days. The wine rests in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature to be then racked and bottled; it follows a short refinement in the bottle
Tasting notes
The color is quite straw-yellow. The olfactory profile ranges from fresh citrus sensations, aromas of yellow fruit and tropical fruit and an evident spicy background. On the palate it shows an acidity that however is always well balanced, it expresses a pleasant fruity freshness, accompanied by a good sapidity with spicy and mineral accents and a light bitter closing
